What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

That’s too easy – the dream kids!  It’s such a privilege to work on behalf of our board and supporters to try help these kids and their families deal with such difficult situations.  It’s also just a blast to have a job that involves hanging out with kids – nothing break up a day in the office like playing a little Lego or seeing a kid’s face when they find out their dream is coming true.

What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

The smiles are my absolute favourite part of working with The Dream Factory. The amazing kids that we get to work with are truly fantastic and brave little people and to bring a smile to their faces is what this organization is all about.

What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

At The Dream Factory, we are so lucky to get to work with some amazing Manitobans who want to make a difference for our Dream Kids.

My absolute favourite thing is when we can connect donors, sponsors, and volunteers with our Dream Families and their stories and watch them realize the true impact that all of their hard work has had. It’s amazing and so inspiring.

What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

When you hear about what the kids and their families have to endure, you realize just how much their dream means to them. It’s both a distraction from the treatments and tests, and something to look forward to. It really does help these families get them through the tough times.

When you are making dreams come true and helping families in need, it’s not difficult to feel good about what you do.

What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

As the Dream Coordinator, I think I might have the best job in the world. My favourite thing is all of the updates we get from families during and after their Dreams. To see our families relaxing, smiling, and enjoying time together is the best feeling ever.
